This Privacy Policy describes how Trained by Turp (“Trained by Turp,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit trainedbyturp.com, contact us, book a consultation, enroll in a membership or use our client tools. Clinical services are provided by licensed medical professionals as described below.
Information we collect
- Contact and enrollment information: your name, email address, phone number, program interest and the details you share in forms or consultations.
- Account and program information: client portal account details, coaching plans, check-in notes, progress tracking, messages and body-scan or other measurements you provide or that are recorded during your services.
- Payment information: billing details for your membership and add-ons.
- Health information: if you receive medical services, health history, lab results, treatment information and related records. See “Health information” below.
- Website information: device, browser and usage information collected automatically when you use this website.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations and enroll you in the services you select.
- To provide coaching, coordinate with your medical team where applicable, and operate the client portal.
- To process payments, manage memberships and send service-related messages.
- To improve our services and website, and to keep them secure.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Health information
Health information that our licensed medical providers collect, create or receive in connection with clinical evaluation, lab testing and treatment is handled in accordance with applicable health privacy laws, including HIPAA and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act. Patients receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices that describes how that information may be used and disclosed and the rights available to them. Where coaching is part of your membership, relevant information is shared between your coach and medical team to coordinate your care as permitted by law and your authorizations.
How this website shares information
- Consultation form: the details you enter are sent to Trained by Turp’s own systems so our team can follow up.
- Consultation scheduler: our booking calendar is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel). Information you enter in the scheduler is collected by that service to book and confirm your appointment.
- Video: videos on this website are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube receives technical information such as your IP address when a video loads or plays.
- Your care team: coaches and licensed medical providers involved in your selected services.
- Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Communications
We may contact you by email, phone or text about your inquiry, consultation, membership and services. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by following the instructions in the message or contacting us. Service-related messages may continue while you are an active client.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and record-keeping requirements and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and California privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and to limit certain uses. This website and our memberships are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

This website stores small preferences in your browser, such as whether you have seen our community pop-up.
